Website Service Agreement
November 1, 2026 – October 31, 2027
1. Included Website Services
The following services are included in the $200 monthly website care package.
Priority technical support means prioritized handling during normal business operations. Immediate or 24-hour support is not guaranteed.
2. Website Updates & Additional Work
The monthly service includes up to three (3) minor website content updates per month. Examples include replacing photos, correcting existing information, and updating short descriptions or summaries.
Each update represents one individual request involving existing website content. Unused updates do not roll over to future months.
New pages, extensive revisions, redesigns, structural modifications, additional AEO / SEO services, and new development are not included.
Additional work is billed at $150 per hour. Client approval is required before additional billable work begins.
3. Services Not Included
Google Business Profile Setup & Management: Creating, optimizing, and managing the business listing on Google Search and Maps.
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): Optimizing website content so AI-powered search systems can better understand, reference, and recommend the business.
Social Media Management: Creating and managing social media content and accounts.
Digital Advertising Management: Creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns and video recruitment or video about the agency promo videos.
Excluded services require separate approval and pricing.
4. PNW Responsibilities
PNW Web Designers & Marketing agrees to provide the included services, maintain applicable website hosting systems, perform routine maintenance, monitor website availability, and address reasonable technical issues.
PNW will provide one monthly website traffic and performance report using available analytics data and conduct a basic monthly website health check, including reviewing key website functionality and contact forms.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate business information, content, necessary account access, timely approvals, and payments.
The client is responsible for reviewing website information periodically and promptly notifying PNW of inaccurate information, requested changes, or technical issues.
6. Billing & Service Term
This agreement begins November 1, 2026, and continues for twelve (12) months, ending October 31, 2027. The contract service agreement will be updated yearly.
The monthly website service fee is $200 per month. Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and payment is due by the 5th.
Payments received after the due date are subject to a $50 daily late fee until payment is received. Services may be suspended for nonpayment following written notice.
Early cancellation requires written agreement between both parties. At the conclusion of the agreement, applicable client-owned website assets and account information will be coordinated for transfer.
7. Intellectual Property & AI Protection
PNW Web Designers & Marketing retains ownership of its proprietary tools, code, designs, materials, and intellectual property.
Without prior written consent, the client may not reproduce, modify, distribute, disclose, or submit PNW proprietary work to artificial intelligence systems, including for training, testing, development, improvement, or generating AI outputs.
Client-owned content remains the property of the client.
8. Electronic Agreement & Signature
By signing below, the authorized representative acknowledges reviewing and accepting the services, responsibilities, fees, and terms of this agreement.
